Technology
A cable is only as good as its conductor purity, insulation concentricity, stranding geometry and jacket integrity. Here is how we build wire and cable that keeps working for decades.
100% Bare Copper Conductors
Conductors are drawn from oxygen-free copper rod โ never copper-clad aluminum or recycled low-grade alloy. Solid Class 1 conductors for fixed BV wiring, stranded Class 2 for power cables, and fine-wire Class 5/6 stranding for flexible cords. Bare copper delivers the full conductivity the standards assume: correct ampacity, low voltage drop and stable resistance over decades of service.
Insulation: PVC & XLPE
PVC insulation (types 60227 IEC 01/02/05/52) is extruded with tight concentricity control for building wires and flexible cords โ rated 70 ยฐC with flame-retardant grades for house wiring. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation on YJV power cables allows higher conductor temperatures (90 ยฐC) and roughly 20% more ampacity than PVC at the same cross-section.
Stranding & Cabling
Flexible cords are stranded from fine wires โ the more and finer the wires, the more flex cycles the cable survives. Multi-core cables are cabled with controlled lay length and fill factor so the round cross-section stays stable, then bound with tape before sheathing. The result: cables that bend, coil and route without premature conductor fatigue.
Screening & Armour
RVVP control cables carry a tinned copper braid screen (85% minimum coverage) that drains interference to earth and keeps signals clean next to power circuits. YJV22 power cables add a steel-tape armour layer under the outer sheath โ protecting the cable from impact, crushing and rodent damage in buried and industrial installations.
Jackets: PVC & Rubber
PVC sheaths for general indoor and outdoor use; rubber sheaths (H07RN-F) for heavy service โ oil-resistant, weather-resistant and flexible down to -25 ยฐC. Jackets are extruded in-house with diameter control, and can be printed with your brand, cable type, voltage rating and sequential length marks.
Electrical Testing
Every production lot is tested: conductor resistance, insulation resistance, 2 kV/2.5 kV high-voltage (spark) test, and dimensional checks on conductor and insulation. Flexible cords are flex-tested per standard. Lot test reports are available on request โ for tenders, quality audits and distributor programs.
Export Packaging
100 m coils with shrink-wrap and label, wooden/steel drums for power cable up to 2000 m, and carton programs for flexible cords. Custom printing, colors and packing configurations are available for OEM programs.
Certifications
Production follows GB/T 5023, IEC 60227, IEC 60502-1, UL 83 and VDE 0281. Products carry CE, RoHS and REACH documentation, with CCC (China Compulsory Certification) on domestic models. UL/CSA and VDE certification files are available for the corresponding wire types.
